They lack the essential tools – interview-appropriate attire and additional support and networking - to be successful in attaining and then sustaining gainful employment. Career Gear Houston (CGH) located in southwest Houston helps to empower low-income men to their full potential of realizing and attaining a job. Our clients are taking positive steps to better their circumstances and by supporting them, you in turn help the women, the children, and the entire family. You can be part of the solution for so many men who need your help today. We provide the essentials between the training and the job interview - appropriate interview attire. Plus we provide career services and supportive service programs to assist clients maintain, long-term employment. Without these services and programs, these men don’t stand a chance of getting through the front door of an organization and once employed maintain self-sufficiency. |
