Mission Our mission is to improve the lives of economically-disadvantaged, job seeking men by providing interview-appropriate clothing, motivation and supportive services that helps them obtain and retain a job. CGH exists to fill a gap that social service/job training programs are faced with once they have prepared their clients for the job search process, i.e., something appropriate to wear on a job interview, and then to keep and maintain gainful employment. Vision Our organizational commitment underscores every aspect of our vision whereby we function as a collaborative with social service agencies who provide job-readiness training and preparedness while striving to address the employment issues and barriers of men in and around greater Houston area. Goals
We have served almost 3,000 clients in partnership with 25 up to 30 social service agencies since opening our doors in June 2004. Our goals are to serve over 4,000 clients and to increase our social service agencies partnership to up to 40 by 2010.
