As Houston’s premier workforce agency, CGH is dedicated to enhancing economic independence of disadvantaged, unemployed men by providing job-related services including professional attire, career development tools, and job stabilization needed to empower low-income men to succeed and thrive in their work and lives.

Through job preparation, employment retention and career development, CGH addresses the needs of men with barriers by encouraging personal dignity, building their economic security, and advancing self-sufficiency. Our programs and services are dedicated to eliminating the need for public assistance and to promoting lasting, self-sufficiency for the entire family.

CGH serves clients by referral only, and men must have an interview or job fair scheduled before attaining an appointment and receiving interview attire. Our clients come to us from diverse group of non-profit and government agencies including homeless shelters, veterans services, job training and readiness programs, educational institutions and drug and alcohol recovery programs, among many other organizations.
