Our greatest glory is never falling but in rising every time we fall

 RISE (Reentry into Societal Excellence) program aims to assist previously incarcerated men in making a successful transition from incarceration to employment. This series is taught by ex-offenders for ex-offenders.  

We are aware of the challenges that our clients go through to just be given that second chance.  Approximately 60-70% of formerly incarcerated individuals who are unable to find stable employment return to prison within three years of release. 

 Employment plays a critical role in reducing recidivism, as individuals who secure a job post-release are less likely to return to prison by up to 40%. By offering these services, the RISE program strives to promote self-sufficiency and reduce recidivism among justice-impacted individuals.
