Opportunities are available for groups up to 25 people for merchandising, suiting, and administrative task with a minimum two-hour required shift. Please wear comfortable clothing. Drinks and light snacks will be provided. Groups also will be given a tour of the facilities as part of their volunteer event. Available days and times for suiting volunteers are Monday- Saturdays from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. a Volunteer dates need to be approved and scheduled. Volunteer Chronicles
Greetings,
Just had the most amazing day volunteering at CGH! We served 12 men today and the experience of helping a man realize the possibility of employment was amazing. On of the men shared with me that he had never wore a suit before and did not want to look at himself in the mirror. After picking out the perfect suit and tie combination, his whole demeanor changed. Not only did he view how he looked in the suit, he talked about how excited he was going on his interview. His confidence level rose when he saw how sharp he looked. What a feeling of fulfillment for me! I could not have asked for a better first day!
